These terms govern your use of Omega Stocks (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
2. The Service
Omega Stocks provides AI-assisted stock screening, analysis, portfolio tracking and related research tools. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only and is not investment advice (see our Risk Disclaimer).
3. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service: no scraping at scale, reverse engineering, reselling the data, attempting to bypass usage limits or security, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.
5. Subscriptions & payment
Paid plans, where offered, are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Third-party data & services
The Service relies on third-party providers (market data, AI, hosting, payments). We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or actions, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate or secure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including investment losses.
9. Changes & termination
We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these terms, at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
